Trained with Spanda Vinyasa Yoga School in Sri Lanka, I teach Integral Vinyasa Yoga, offering classes & private lessons for all abilities. Integral Vinyasa Yoga allows us to connect to our environment and the factors that affect us to create bespoke practices to align to nature’s cycles.
